PrimeCode

Venture partnerships

You bring the idea. We build the company with you.

PrimeCode works as your technical and product co-founder. A small monthly fee covers real operating costs, and we take equity, so we're paid mostly when you succeed.

The deal

A small fee plus equity. Nothing hidden.

We don't bill hours and we don't build below cost. The fee keeps the work sustainable, and the equity aligns us with the outcome.

Fee

Covers operating cost

Hosting, AI usage, tools and a share of team time. Set to recover cost, not to profit from it.

Equity

Vests on milestones

Earned as we hit agreed milestones together, not handed over on day one. Sized to stage, contribution and risk.

Terms

One clear agreement

IP, decision rights, responsibilities and what happens if either side steps back, all agreed in writing before the build starts.

Two tracks

Pick the partnership that fits your stage.

Idea or early validation

Co-Founder Partnership

For founders with a strong market edge and no tech team. We validate, design, build and launch the first version with you.

  • Lower monthly fee
  • Larger equity stake
  • Starts with a validation sprint

Existing product

Growth Partnership

For products with users or revenue that need a stronger product, smarter AI or a platform that can scale.

  • Higher scoped fee
  • Smaller equity stake
  • Starts with a product and tech review

How it works

Five stages, with a clear decision at each one.

It starts with a short, paid validation sprint: customer interviews, competitors, willingness to pay and an MVP scope. If the evidence isn't there, we stop, and you've saved months.

  1. 01

    Validate

Talk to real customers, map the alternatives, test willingness to pay and cut the idea down to the smallest product worth building. This is where we say no to the wrong ideas, including our own.

  2. 02

    Design

Workflows, pricing and monetization, where AI genuinely helps, and an architecture that won't need rebuilding at the first sign of traction.

  3. 03

    Build and launch

A focused MVP with sign-in, payments, analytics and the compliance basics, then store submission and a launch that's ready for real customers.

  4. 04

    Find traction

Onboarding, activation and conversion. We set up the launch infrastructure and advise on growth while you lead sales and customers.

  5. 05

    Improve and scale

Metrics-driven iteration, cost control as usage grows, and a roadmap shaped by what customers actually do.

What we look for

We back founders, not just ideas.

Partnerships only work when both sides bring something hard to replace.

An unfair advantage

Industry experience, access to customers, an audience or distribution. An idea alone isn't enough; your edge in the market is what we're backing.

A real, painful problem

Something people already spend time or money working around, with a customer who can be named and reached.

Ownership of sales

We build the product and launch infrastructure. Someone on your side has to own customers, sales and the market.

Commitment

Partnerships take time and focus. We look for founders who'll still be here when the first version meets real users.

What we don't do

Hourly or fixed-bid development work for hire.

Build ideas without first testing for demand.

Promise downloads, revenue or funding.

Run your sales and marketing for you.

FAQ

Questions founders ask us.

How much equity do you take?

It depends on the stage, what each side contributes and the risk involved, so we don't publish a fixed number. Equity vests on agreed milestones rather than all at once, and everything is set out in one clear partnership agreement before any build starts.

What does the monthly fee cover?

Real operating costs: hosting, AI and API usage, tools and services, and a share of team time. It's set to cover cost, not to make a profit. The equity is how we share in the upside.

Who owns the product and the code?

The venture lives in your company. Intellectual property is assigned to that company, and PrimeCode holds equity in it as agreed. Pre-existing PrimeCode tools and libraries stay ours and are licensed to the venture.

What happens if the idea doesn't work?

That's what the validation sprint is for. Most bad ideas should die there, cheaply, before months of building. If a launched venture stalls, the agreement sets out in advance how either side can step back.

Is my idea kept confidential?

Your application isn't treated as confidential by default, because we may already be exploring similar ideas and can't take on that obligation for every submission. If we move forward after the first call, we're happy to sign an NDA before you share anything sensitive.

Do you handle sales and marketing?

We set up the launch infrastructure (store listings, payments, analytics, onboarding) and advise on growth. Someone on your side needs to own customers and sales. That's the most common reason partnerships succeed or fail.

How many ventures do you take on?

Only a few at a time, so each one gets real attention. That's why there's an application.

Have an idea worth building together?

Tell us about the problem, the customer and why you're the right person to solve it. We read every application ourselves.
