PrimeCode began as a software development company. Along the way we launched our own products, and learned that the hardest problems were never the code.
Our story
Why a venture studio
Building HAVEN, Finvex and Talkable took us from idea to the App Store and Google Play again and again. Each launch taught us what actually decides whether a product works: talking to customers before building, choosing the right AI for the economics, pricing for the real market, and protecting user trust.
We saw founders with great market insight lose years and savings to agencies that built exactly what they asked for, by the hour, and then left. The incentives were wrong. An agency is paid whether or not the product succeeds.
So we changed the model. We partner with a small number of founders, charge only enough to cover real operating costs, and take equity. We do well only when the product does. Alongside that, we help established businesses put AI to work, using what we learn on our own products.
